Martin spent over 24 years with HSBC Bank including being President and CEO of HSBC Bank Canada and President and CEO of HSBC Bank USA. Since his retirement in 2006 Martin has served on numerous boards and committees. Currently he is a Director of Sun Life Financial Inc., Husky Energy Inc. The Public Sector Pension Investment Board and serves as the Chairman of UBC Investment Management Trust Inc. He is also a Senior Advisor to Second City Real Estate II Corporation. Martin holds a B.A. Honours in Economics from Carleton University and an MBA Finance and International Business from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Glynn was also the Jarislowsky Fellow in Business Management, Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary from 2009 to 2010.


Recognized as one of Vancouver’s most influential players in the real estate industry, David co-founded Concert Properties in 1989 and serves as Chairman and CEO. David graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s Degree specializing in community planning and from the University of Alberta with a Master’s Degree specializing in urban planning. Long considered a business leader in real estate and development David has served in key leadership roles with many real estate industry associations. David also played a key role in bringing the Olympics to Vancouver in 2010 and the development of many facilities for the Olympics. Paul is currently on the Board of Advantage Energy Calgary, a Trustee with Pure Industrial REIT and Chairman of the Alberta Enterprise Corporation, a venture capital initiative operating as a Crown Corporation of the Alberta Government.
